I use ancient wisdom, ancient healing practices, energy work and embodiment to empower women to step into their power and become their own best healers. I host retreats, events, and online programs. For the majority of my life I lived the opposite of a spiritual path, stuck in a crisis loop and numbing myself with drugs and alcohol. I was carrying heaps of trauma, shame and pain. Through my own spiritual and healing journey, working with shamans, healers, plant medicine and coaches, I was able to quantum leap into a completely different life, conjure deep and radical self love, make peace with my past, rewrite my story... Changing the course of history for my lineage. Now, I get to help people like you transform their lives, create lasting change and live FULFILLED!
